New Coverity Scans (leon3 and qoriq_e6500_64)

Hi

I updated my tree and did two Coverity Scan runs this morning. One for the
leon3 and another for the qoriq_e6500_64. This added some powerpc specific
code and specifically e500-mmu.c has 4 issues reported.

Hopefully mixing in a different BSP provides some variety.
