SMP build fails looking for omp.h

Hi

Looks like there is a missing configuration check for omp.h:


../../../../../../rtems/c/src/../../testsuites/smptests/smpopenmp01/init.c:34:10:
fatal error: omp.h: No such file or directory
   34 | #include <omp.h>
      |          ^~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
