I didn't consider any thing I could think of a blocking issue. I just
wanted to make sure the impact had been quantified.

For those not so familiar, that's about 125 instructions and the message
queue code shouldn't be in an exe unless queues are used.

No need for that. POSIX message queue priority rather sucks as specified
anyway. The priority can be any integer value and we do a linear insert
last I checked. As long as it doesn't impact Classic message queues I am
happy.
