I  would like to get rid of the wrapping step and just build the 
librtemscpu.a. I would also like to get rid of the TMPINSTALL_FILES. The 
next step would be to directly use the librtemscpu.a and librtemsbsp.a 
to link the tests so that they are re-linked if these files change.
