Thanks. In my limited knowledge of Eclipse, I think the Target
Communications Framework (TCF)
and this are the primary things to support. We also need to have
application templates to instance.

Beyond that, I have no idea what other plugins would be generally desirable
for RTEMS application
development. I am pretty sure we should look at the Requirements Management
plugin:

https://www.eclipse.org/rmf/

I can see us using this to manage RTEMS Requirements not to package for end
users.
