PlantUML and rtems-docs

Hello,

I built the rtems-docs with the following configuration:

./waf configure --pdf --plantuml

It rebuilt several *.png files:

Changes not staged for commit:
   (use "git add <file>..." to update what will be committed)
   (use "git checkout -- <file>..." to discard changes in working directory)

Is this expected?
