Hi Sebastian,

We wanted to figure out how babeltrace reads the CTF session(CTF+event
stream). I asked the same to the community.

They suggested that babeltrace traverses the tree and look for files named
"metadata". All files at the same depth of a metadata file are considered
CTF streams.
