[PATCH v3 3/5] Add rtems i2c adaptation layer

As discussed in private chat it seems that there is still a problem with
addressing the chips. If I do a
i2c -a 0xa0 -dr -c 8 -m tr
(with the i2c tr patch) I see on the bus that a device with 0x80 should
be accessed. If I try 0x01 a 0x04 is accessed.
