rtems-libbsd link error.

Hello,
       In file freebsd/sys/kern/kern_intr.c
function intr_handler_barrier() is exclude by 
#ifndef __rtems__   
... 
#endif


But function intr_event_suspend_handler() and intr_event_resume_handler()  reference it, this will lead to a link error.
