Newlib update?

It works on i386. I can't seem to get the x86_64 to be built. I would love
to get this figured out so it can be merged.

If you don't mind, I will send you the current patch when I can get in to
the office.

I plan to get fenv.h support for the arm, ppc, and sparc. But 8 haven't
begun work on those.
