[Suggestion required : Testing project benifits for rtems]

Hello developers,
I was actually looking for feedback on your feedback on project
<https://devel.rtems.org/ticket/3892> #3892. I made the draft proposal
available here

Dr. Gedare has given me suggestion to strengthen the Project abstract
because it will be publicly visible.
Can you please give your idea/vision about how this project is going to
benefit rtems or any additional point to strengthen the same. How python
standardization is going to be more meaningful. I appreciate your patience
and help.
