[PATCH] Adding fenv support arm.

I removed the __softfloat_float_raise option and there seems some progress
Still log is showing some unrecognised option errors.
The function that required _softfloat_float_raise
I returned return (excepts ? -ENOTSUP : 0); from there
and there seems no new error.
But might require testing for other functions and arguments.
