This header looks like a kitchen sink. Maybe move:

rtems_is_name_valid -> types.h

rtems_name_to_characters -> types.h

RTEMS_MICROSECONDS_TO_TICKS -> clock.h

RTEMS_MILLISECONDS_TO_MICROSECONDS -> clock.h

RTEMS_MILLISECONDS_TO_TICKS -> clock.h

workspace -> ?
