These patches update the building of bare GNU tools to the
latest RTEMS uses. To build:

  cd bare
  ../source-builder/sb-set-builder --target=microblaze-elf \
        --log=mb.txt gnu-tools

It does not build the version of RTEMS tools that are specialised for an
architecture.
