[PATCH] score: Unify <rtems/score/cpuatomic.h>

Is there any reason this isn't just being moved to a shared directory if
they're all being made identical?

The file has absolutely trivial contents, so whether or not it matters I'm
willing to approve of the change if it actually provides some improvement
beyond making all the files identical. I don't see a point to making them
homogeneous as the sole change.
