[PATCH 1/2] score: Fix RTEMS_DEFINE_GLOBAL_SYMBOL()

The availability of a proper RTEMS_DEFINE_GLOBAL_SYMBOL() implementation
depends on __asm__() and thus __GNUC__.
Clarify documentation.
Update #4953.
