sorry for breaking the build. I fixed it. The problem is that 
<rtems/irq.h> header file depends on the BSP-provided define 
BSP_SHARED_HANDLER_SUPPORT. So, the include order matters.

Some powerpc BSPs have linker errors in the tests:
