Fwd: GCC 15.0.0 Status Report (2024-11-18), Stage 3 in effect NOW

GCC 15 is getting closer.  Wasn't there an issue with 1+ BSPs that are
tripped by newer GCCs?

I recall something but can't remember the details.

stage3, open for general bugfixing.
