That highly depends on the target.
chill, objc etc. can be built for most of RTEMS's gcc toolchains (IIRC:
i386, m68k, ppc, sh, sparc), but not for all (eg.: i960). For some
targets, even gcc doesn't build (eg. hppa-1.0).

'make LANGUAGES=..' is depredicated and doesn't work with gcc-2.95.2
anymore.
configure '--enable-languages=c,c++'
should work (Note the quotes).
