Bare BSP's `bsp.h'.

Hi all,

I have just noticed `CONFIGURE_INTERRUPT_STACK_MEMORY' is now defined in
the bare BSP's `bsp.h'. It happened on rev 1.2.2.1.

IMO this should not be defined here and left to the external BSP to
define.

Should it be removed ?
