binutils, gcc, and newlib patches

I have (I think) just completed submitting all RTEMS patches
to these three packages to the maintainers.  I would appreciate
it if anyone who participated in creating pieces and parts of
them to watch the appropriate mailing lists in support of
getting them merged.
