Primary features:

  + fixes imfs mount bug where top directory of mounted filesystem
    is invisible
  + mips simulator BSP (jmr3904) added -- please help debug. :)
  + sim68000 simulator BSP gets clock tick code -- please help debug. :)
  + POSIX and ITRON APIs now have macros in addition to inlines.
  + PPP now has generic modem support on top of termios.
    Still need some work on ppp configuration/initialization and
    documentation.
  + some more multilib work
