Separating RTEMS from BSP

Two ways to read this subject.

1.  In source tree so RTEMS is built in a BSP independent way.
    This is happening even if it take a while.

2.  Dynamic loading of the application code.  Load some RTEMS
    base image and load application modules on top of that.
    If the RTEMS image is persistent, then you could reset and
    load another application.

#2 is what I am referring to.
