pc386.cfg ERRORs

Hello All,

i had some problems with 4.5-BETA1a and pc386 BSP.
in pc386.cfg there are a number of $ missing before variables
LIB_VARIABLE.
and the bootimage path isn't created fully  so i added a -D to the
install commant.
