Java and RTEMS?

Some Java ports are under way. Specially Transvirtual Kaffe, and the 
GNU Java.

I am affaid to let you know that Java Servlets might be not as simple
as porting a JVM to RTEMS. It requires a servlet engine such as
JRun, or Apache JServ. These servlets engines are integrated with a
HTTP server. I do not know if the GoAhead web server supports java
and servlets. 

Bottom line is, java under RTEMS will be available soon. Servlets,
well that would be a nice project. :-).
