A patch for the bit script

Hi

The attached patch for the script bit includes three fixes/enhancements:

1. The user.cfg variable BUILD_OTHER_LANGUAGES is now used.
   If BUILD_OTHER_LANGUAGES is no,
--enable-languages=c,c++ is added as configure option when building gcc.

2. Before configuration and build of gcc ${INSTALL_POINT}/bin is prepended
to the path.
This fixes a problem I had, where build of gcc or newlib failed, because
it failed to find the ranlib for target.

3. For the two configure- and the two make-commands, it ouputs current
directory and the command used.
   E.g.:
       BIT: Running in
/export/rtems/rtems-4.5.0-beta/tools/build-m68k-tools:
       + ../binutils-2.10/configure --target=m68k-rtems --verbose
--prefix=/usr/local/rtems/4.5.0-beta

This made it possible for me to track, what the script really does.

The script has only been used under HPUX 10.20 with the command: "./bit
m68k".
SO BEWARE!
Although IMHO it should work under Unix in general.
