I just mirrored this file to 

ftp://ftp.oarcorp.com/pub/rtems/betas/rtems-4.5.0-beta/c_tools/source 

I should have picked it up in the earlier sweep.

FYI There is now > 1400 Mbytes on the ftp site.  Be careful
