gen68360 ethernet driver

Rtems-users:

I am attempting to run 'netdemo' on my m68k-gen68360 target running
rtems-4.5.0-beta3a using the stock network driver.  

For both TCP and UDP tests, there is no activity at the processor for
any of the ethernet pins (TCLK, RCLK, TXD, RXD, etc).  The
transmit-enable pin is always low, and the interface statistics always
show zero.

I have the feeling that I am overlooking something simple, yet
fundamental, but I have run out of debugging ideas.  Any suggestions?
