ttcp promblem in my 68360 board

[Park, Chan Taek]

The network driver in the 4.5.0 beta release had been tested successfully on my
target board.
There is no problem in the ttcp with short buflen.
Also the web server had been tested successfully and URL is as follows.

    http://203.248.186.108/index.html
