4.5.0 B2 configure fun

Thanks, Joel, that was on the right lines.  This is on a new machine, and
I'd not installed the glibc-devel RPM.


Now, however, I'm getting:

configure: error: ../../../rtems-4.5.0-beta2/c/configure failed for c


At this point there are no .cfg files in build/make/custom.  Environment is
Red Hat 6.1.  Any ideas?
