Those are the current versions.  

binutils 2.9.5.0.24 is at revision 1
gcc 2.95.2 + newlib 1.8.2 is at revision 5
gdb 4.18 is at revision 3

Note: Linux RPMS are built first.  Others follow.

Revision 5 of the gcc/newlib RPMs have the source
to support enabling multithread safe libraries but
unfortunately the RPMs were built WITHOUT specifying
the --enable-threads option.  So there WILL be a
revision 6 shortly.
