cs8900 chip usage

Hi,

I want to know if anybody has used the cs8900 chip from cirrus. It is a
real single chip solution for ethernet (driver and ram on-board).
Because the chip only requires 8 data lines, 4 address lines (i/o
based), read and write  and irq it seems to be an ideal candidate for
use in embedded systems.

Any experience out there interfering this chip with rtems?

P.S: On the cirrus homepage one can download drivers for must desktop
OSs and also for VxWorks, pSOS ... A good place to make advertisement
for rtems ;-)
