Ram Requirements for TCP/IP

Hi,

I want to ask for the memory requirements for the TCP/IP stack. We only
need one or two TCP connections and we assume no high load for our
application.

We have a simple 68332 Board with 256k Ram and 256k Flash. Is it possible
to run the stack with this amount of RAM? How much is required at least?
