More MPC860 BDM weirdness

did you used the GDB run or continue command ?
I always use continue after i loaded the programm via BDM
in the target and that all seems to work OK. I never tried the
GDB run command. I think Frank optimized his GDB patch for a linux
PPC target, which might be the problem.
