Linking application and BSP - conclusion

  Ralf's comments regarding use of the "-B" option (specifically,
the need to have a trailing '/'), and the correct reference to
"bsp_specs", solved my linking problems.  I have "-qrtems"
ahead of "-B", and that seems to work.
