heirarchical processes

RTEMS thread support is minimal, clean, and very nice... however, my
current project requires heirarchical processes / threads, and my
co-worker has driven himself close to insanity attempting to write
heirarchical process management from scratch on top of the RTEMS classic
API.  It's still full of race conditions.  ;)

soo...  are there any pre-canned heirarchical process packages available
for RTEMS?  we need to be able to send a signal to a process leader and
have it be able to recursively kill its children.
