ppcn_60x BSP question

I'm considering using the ppcn_60x BSP as a basis for the console and interrupt 
portions of a generic mpc750 BSP.  I only need a console port interrupt and a 
decremented interrupt.  I'm using the ns16550 driver in libchip.

The ppcn_60x BSP interrupt support code seems a little more suited to what I'm 
trying to do than the MCP750 BSP interrupt code.

Does anyone know of any issues related to the ppcn_60x BSP that wuld make using 
its interrupt handlers a problem?
