testing of pre-release test versions of gcc and binutils

We are on the verge of new gcc and binutils releases.  If
anyone is interested in testing them, please speak up so
I can point you in the right direction for your target of
interest.

[NOTE: The gcc 3.0 pre-release does not include Ada.]
