gcc 3.0 patch left to submit

Sorry Ralf.  I am using a new version of Netscape and your version with the
correct -mcpu arguments got sorted further down my inbox. 

Does anyone know why the DBX part of the patch is there?  Is it just to stay
in sync with the linux .h file we started with?
