i386-rtems pc386 questions

Hi

I reinstalled rtems, and could now compile the examples. It seems that I made 
something wrong during the installation. (oops)

Still got some questions:

I have several file in my hello/o-optimize directroy. hello.bin is the 
kernelimage?

the kernelImage has no support for enabling protected mode -> I have to run 
first start16.bin and then jump to the kernelimage?

the startaddress in the kernelimage can be found in hello.num?
