RTEMS Build Problems on OpenBSD

Yes I have, but you will need a newer version.  Try one of the latest
snapshots, ftp:://ftp.oarcorp.com/pub/rtems/snapshots/rtems/ .  You
might also want to look at http://www.FreeBSD.org/ports/devel.html for
the FreeBSD ports of the RTEMS tools.
