Serial Devices

Hi!

Finally I have rtems development enviroment working under cygwin :-)

I tried compiling the sample applications. Most of them worked fine, but
when I ran 'repeatedopen' test it failed. After reading the bsp
documentation and the source code I found serial ports are never
registered in pc386 bsp. So, the question is, how can I open the serial
devices without using 'open("/dev/ttyXX",O)'? or, how can, and where
should, I register the serial device?
