Hi again,

At David Fiddes ColdFire site (http://fiddes.net/coldfire/)
you can find NT-BDM driver from 18th June 2000:
http://www.zeecube.com/bdm/m68k-bdm-elf-nt.zip
(this is only binaries, gdb.exe, bdm.sys and loaddrv.exe)
This is again Peter Shoebridge's driver, but link not exist (!?) 
at http://www.zeecube.com/bdm/
