R7000 or R5000 mips cpu

Yes, we get a version for a nec vr5000 processor working.
the main problem was the interrupt mechanism (nesting interrupts) and the
connection to the underlying idtsim. we were using the 4.5 beta3 and changed
mainly the cpuasm.s file and some other files to fit into our bsp. 
as a hint i include the cpuasm.s.
