Dear Ralf,
    No problem. Please do us all a favor and write a clear, concise
HOWTO for
those of us who don't know what we are doing (I freely admit it). What
was 
written in those notes worked for me. Working from the existing
documentation 
I was in difficulties. What more can I say?
