Yes.  And it is there now. We built both the 1.4-p5 and 1.5 automake
RPMs at the same time.  But RTEMS did not bootstrap with 1.5 so 
it we chose to not put it there.  It just slipped by that now that
we are using 1.5 internally, it needed to be on the ftp site.
