The 83915 is an older device called the sonic. It provided 10 mbit
support. Looking in the Linux source I have, I do not see any
references to that part number. Please do not lift source code
from Linux -- if you can't use the current sonic.c, then go to
a BSD tree and follow the RTEMS libchip style.
