Dumb 4.5 build question

Sorry to sound stupid, but...

The docs for building 4.5 state go to ftp://ftp.varesearch.com/pub/support/hjl/binutils/binutils-2.9.5.0.24.tar.gz
 to get the binutils sources.  I go there, it's moved to ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/devel/binutils/ but there's nothing there that old.

Where can I get it from?
