Just to clarify: Are you trying to build the posix-BSP or are you trying
to use pthreads on a pc386-BSP?
As far as I understood your question, your are trying to use pthreads
with the unix/posix BSP.
This is not supported by the posix-BSP (the unix/posix-BSP does not
support pthreads/rtems's posix-thread implementation.
