Can CEXP call the existing monitor commands ?

If it did then you can then see some of these things. Plus you can use the Capture 
Engine CLI. Being able to trace the task switches of a running system has been rather 
useful. Found a few things happening that I did not know about or expect. Also 
running the "ctload", a mini top is fun.
